  Food is wonderful! But don't use restroom. Filthy and disgusting. Stains still on floor after revisiting 3 weeks later. . NASTY!

  Good ol' Gambino's. Restaurant was clean and neat, service was quick and food tasted fresh and delicious.

  Very, very disappointed!!
  Placed my online order at 5:58 PM tonight with no issues. I promptly received my email receipt with the estimated delivery time of 6:43. At 6:50 I got concerned since I am only 4 minutes away so I called. The employee told me it would be about 10 more minutes. At 7:13 I called and asked for the manager. She asked for my name and couldn'the find my order and said it must not have came through. I told her that I received my confirmation email and had already called once. She asked for my phone number and at that point found where the order was received. She said "it's not here so it must be out for delivery. She asked that if it's not delivered to call back in 10 minutes.
  At 7:24 I called back and asked for the manager again. Told her "still waiting on my pizza". She said she was going to call the deliver driver to check. I asked her to call me back so I would at least know if I needed to order from the competition in order to have dinner. She said she would.
  At 7:35 my COLD pizza arrived. 1 hour and 37 minutes after I ordered it. The worse part is, the manager didn't have the integrity to call me back with an update. There was no offer to offset the inconvenience of having to wait 58 minutes past the committed delivery time or having to spend $40 for cold pizza. Guess we will go back to pizza Hut if we want warm pizza.

  I had gotten a phone call and said I had won a FREE large pizza and could pick up the card anytime and it expired in June. I went to the store in Winfield and told the girl at the counter and she acted like I was joking. I ordered and she gave me the price. I told her​ I had won a free pizza, once I played the voicemail she got things right. Not really complaining, guess if I anybody walked in and said that I would be second guessing the person too.
